The department of Mathematics was established in 1958 with pre-degree science class. The Jr. College wing was fully aided from 18/08/1979 as per H.S.C. 1079. Today department has various instruments. The department has always placed equal emphasis both on board exam. And CET/JEE Examinations.

The staff members of our department have taken keen interest in developing department as well as self learning to upgrade knowledge. The staff members have been continuously encouraging the students in order to give better knowledge and use of it ‘s in their future life. The staff members as a team have done lot for the department and wish the flourish of the department in future.

The department organizes DST camp for X1 & XII science students in December 2014.

According to NCF 2005, the curriculum of the subject Mathematics is upgraded for higher secondary stage. This curriculum is comparable to the international standards which are useful for the students in Maharashtra State for different types of competitive examinations conducted in India.
